1 - How can I order from www.citygoddess.co.uk?

City Goddess is an online wholesaler. However, we are also able to process order over the telephone. Simply call us on +44(0) 207 481 9111
Online:
It's easy! Simply select an item from anywhere on the site, choose your preferred colour and the quantity you want and then add to your shopping bag. When you have finished shopping, go to your shopping bag and review your choices. Once you're happy with what you have. Click Proceed to Checkout. From there, follow the prompts for your delivery address, payment details and billing address (if different from your delivery address)
If this is your first time shopping with us then you will be asked to register an account. If you are already registered with us, simply sign-in using your username and password.
When viewing the contents of your cart, you may also delete an item by clicking the "Delete Item" button or adjust the size and colour by clicking the "Edit Option" button.
We process all our payments through Barclays Bank on a secure server. We do not store your credit card details for added security. Once your order is processed, we will send you an order confirmation via email.

PLEASE NOTE: MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT - £150

2 - Do I need to register?

You are only required to register with City Goddess if you are making a purchase. You can access your account at any time by using your login details, username and password. Only you will have access to this information.

*PLEASE NOTE: Signing up for a newsletter does not create a customer account. In order to create an account with us, follow the guidelines in the ‘Register with us’ section.

3 - How do I register?

Simply click on "Register" link at the top of the homepage. Complete all the required fields. If you have never purchased from us before, you must register with us to place an order. If you already have items in your cart and are ready to complete your order, click on the "Checkout" button, part of the checkout process is to login to your current account or create a new account if you do not have an account with us.

4 - What if I forget my password?
Click on "My Account" where you can click on the "Recover password" link. Provide us with your registered email address and we will email your password to you. Please note that passwords are case sensitive.
5 - Can I change my password?

Yes you can. Please follow these instructions below,

  1. Please click on www.netsuite.com and
  2. Go to CUSTOMER LOGIN
  3. Enter the login details
  4. Username [ your email ID with which you registered with us] and Password [sent to you]
  5. On the left hand side under SETTINGS, click CHANGE EMAIL/PASSWORD
  6. You will be asked to enter your new password - Follow on screen instructions and SAVE
  7. Your Password has now been changed. Please DO NOT change your email address here.
6 - How do I make changes to my profile?

Log into your account and select the "Modify Profile" link you will be able to edit your e-mail address, password, e-mail subscriptions and add additional delivery addresses. Once you have made the necessary changes to your account, click "Submit" we will save your new settings.

7 - How about product availability?

Stock can be in two states on our website, available and pre-order.

Available means we dispatch your order immediately upon completion of your order. Pre-Order means that you pay for the order today, but we will only be able to ship your order once we receive stock. We ask that you allow approximately twenty-one days for delivery. We do give an expected delivery date, but please allow two weeks after this expected date.

All pre-ordered items are clearly marked on the website.

9 - Do you have size guide?

Yes! You can find it here. We designed the chart to help you choose your correct size, but because sizing and design may vary for different styles, we recommend you use the information as a guideline only. City Goddess will also provide dress specific descriptions for every product. If you are between sizes or are unsure which size to purchase and would like further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

10 - When will my order be processed?

12 - Can I cancel my order?

If we shipped your order we cannot cancel it for you, once you receive the item, please send it back to us in its original condition and we will refund your purchase.

13 - How do I return/exchange an item?

14 - When will my credit card be refunded?

Upon return of the garment in its original condition we will refund the purchase price via the initial payment method (card, cheque etc).

Please allow 7 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund.

Once a refund is processed you will receive an email confirming this. After receiving the return confirmation email, please allow a further 10-15 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. (N.B Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase.)

15 - Do City Goddess have a Facebook page?

Yes we do. It can be found at www.facebook.com/citygoddess. Become a fan to hear about new products, special offers and see what your fellow City Goddess fans are up to.

16 - Do City Goddess have a Twitter page?

Yes we Tweet. It can be found at https://twitter.com/CityGoddessLtd. We would be happy to have you as a follower.

17 - I am going to export my order to a country outside the EU. Can they be delivered outside the EU? What if I arrange my own shipping and do I have to pay VAT when I place the order?

Yes. We can deliver the goods outside the EU. We use DHL to ship goods and shipping costs apply. You can arrange your own shipping and you need to pay VAT when you place the order.VAT will be refunded by us if you provide the following;

Certificate of shipment containing the full details of the consignment or Authenticated air/seaway bill

18 - Am I allowed to use the pictures of the product?

Yes, you can use the pictures of the products sold by us but only to re-sell the product and not for any other Marketing / Advertising/ Promotional activities outside of your own retail shop or website. You can use the pictures ONLY for the products you bought from us. Please read our terms and conditions for more information on using pictures.

Note: You can download the HQ images from your MY ACCOUNT page once the transaction is complete. You can only download the pictures for the items you bought.
