The technical steps required creating the contract between you and us are as follows: You place the order for your products on the website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the website. As your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a dispatch confirmation email. We accept Bank Transfers from overseas. Please see below for the Bank Details. All payments must be in Sterling. When transferring monies, please ensure that we receive the FULL amount requested in settlement of your order confirmation / invoice.

Your order will not be shipped until the full amount is paid. You are responsible for additional bank charges applied by your bank. You should make this clear to your bank during the transfer.

We have a range of delivery services to choose from depending on the items you order and also your address. We can deliver anywhere in the UK, Northern Ireland and most international destinations.

We currently offer three delivery options:

1. Next Day Delivery,
2. Standard Delivery
3. International Delivery.

Please note we cannot cancel an order or change a delivery address once the parcel has been dispatched.

• A signature will be required to acknowledge delivery has been made for Next Day Delivery, Standard Delivery and International Delivery.
• The signature of the person accepting the delivery at the address will be proof that you, or the person to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery. Someone must be available to sign for the goods during normal working hours and this person should be known to you. We will not be responsible where the person signing for the goods is not the person who has placed the order or paid for the goods.You are responsible for checking the condition of the items delivered (wrong item or damaged) and must highlight any issue within 2 working days upon receipt of delivery by sending us an e-mail to our customer services at Customer Support

• Our standard delivery charge is £15.00 per order (Max weight 30Kg Per Box) on all orders to all mainland UK addresses.
• Areas outside the UK will be charged at a different cost. Please see delivery table below for further details. Stock items are normally dispatched within 2-3 days after order has been placed. However certain items might have a longer dispatch time, which is always stated in a product description. Interlink Express will deliver goods on behalf of City Goddess Ltd

• All Standard Delivery items are sent with DHL Post. Deliveries will be made within 3 - 4 working days after you place the order (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays). In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day. The cost for UK standard delivery is depending on size and weight. Please see the table below for more information.
• Deliver Price Table will be Available very shortly.

• If you have received damaged items, you can make a complaint. Please contact us previously to arrange complain and return faulty products to us. Should you wish to return faulty item/s, please ensure you return it in its original condition, within 14 days of receipt.
• Once we have received your returned item/s, it will be refunded, or exchanged for a different size or colour, if preferred.

• Certain items are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items if the product is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume or deodorant, as we are unable to accept an item where there is evidence that the item has been worn, damaged, or if it has a scent or mark on it. We will not refund an item if the swing-tag has been removed
Returns conditions:
• The item/s must be returned with the delivery note enclosed
• Returns should be made in the original, undamaged packaging
• We recommend returning the goods by registered/insured post
• We are not liable for the postage fee for the return of goods
• We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties
• Refunds will be made once the items are received by us and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you
• Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original payment
• Refunds can take 7-14 working days to reflect in your account
• Should you wish to exchange your item/s for a different size or colour, please be sure to indicate so on the delivery note

• Damages must be notified to us within 2 days of receipt by e-mail, quoting your order number, name and address, description of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return.
