Our in-house design team works closely with major retailers to custom make exclusive white label products, while our advanced e-commerce platform allows us to offer our coveted brands, City Goddess, Goddiva and Goddiva Plus, to fashion buyers around the world.
Our Directors
Mina is the creative mind behind the fashion companies City Goddess, Goddiva and TradeGala. Trained as a fashion designer with some of the biggest names in the industry, she later went on to co-found City Goddess in 2003, the wholesale fashion brand which has become one of the most respected wholesale evening wear suppliers in the UK. Building on the company's success, Mina designed and launched the Goddiva brand in 2009 as an independent B2C fashion label, and continues to have a hand in every aspect of the management and design of this successful business. Her constant strive for new innovations led her and her business partner Kuganeswaran Thangarajah to launch TradeGala in 2019 - the B2B online marketplace, revolutionising wholesale fashion.
Kugan draws on his wide experience in manufacturing and business to contribute to the success of his fashion empire, including City Goddess, Goddiva & TradeGala. By forging strong industry relationships and a streamlined infrastructure, City Goddess and Goddiva are able to stay ahead of the game, picking up on the latest trends as soon as they appear, and going from original design to production in as little as a week. TradeGala is the fulfilment of a dream to bring the concept of a user-friendly marketplace platform to wholesale fashion, pioneering the use of e-commerce technology to modernise the industry. Combining focused leadership and a strong team who are passionate about the industry, Kugan has helped transform the concept of fashion supply and purchasing, bringing it inline with the technological innovations available today.
Our History
2003 - Mina and Kugan join forces to create the wholesale occasion wear company City Goddess
2007 - Private label brand created which would later lead to the birth of Goddiva
2009 - Buoyed by success, and in response to a growing demand for a direct to client option, the Goddiva e-commerce fashion brand was born
2012 - Launch of the Louise Thompson collection in collaboration with the Made in Chelsea star, resulting in a sell-out success
2013 - Collaboration with Big Brother winner Josie Gibson, in the launch of her first clothing range, to wide media acclaim
2015 - Private label plus-size collection in collaboration with Gemma Collins, the TOWIE reality TV personality
2016 - Private label partnership with the Arcadia Group over a successful 3 seasons
2017 - The first Stephanie Pratt collection is launched, including stunning evening wear designs by the “The Hills” and “Made in Chelsea” reality TV star, leading to a hugely successful collaboration over 3 seasons.
2017 - Launch of the new Goddiva Plus range in sizes 16-26, with evening and occasion wear carefully designed to flatter feminine curves and help every woman embrace her own beauty.
2018 - The Goddiva Bridesmaids collection is born, reimagining the glitz and glamour of the brand for brides and their squads on that special day
2019 - Reality TV star and "I'm a Celebrity" winner, Vicky Pattison debuts her first collection of "Beautiful, bright and bold clothing for strong and sexy women".
2019 - Goddiva is finalist of three Drapers Digital Awards, including Best Website Design, Best Digital Customer Engagement & Retention Strategy, and Best Use of Digital Marketing
2019 - Launch of sister company, the B2B wholesale marketplace, TradeGala
