Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.
Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.
We cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted in accordance with our order acceptance policy and only be obliged to package and ship the goods upon receipt of the full purchase price and the shipping and packaging expenses.
The Photographs and text used on the City Goddess website are protected under copyright law. Only customers of City Goddess can use the pictures with due permission for the purpose of re-selling the product on their own retail shop or websites and not for any other Marketing / Advertising / Promotional activities outside of this. Customers can use the pictures ONLY for the products purchased from City Goddess.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
The technical steps creating the contract between you and us are as follows: You place the order for your products on the website by pressing the “Submit Order” button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the website. We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered.
As your order is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a dispatch confirmation email. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our conditions set out below. Non-acceptance of an order may take place in the following circumstances [but not limited to]:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
Only one promotion code can be used at one time. City Goddess have the right to cancel or amend the order based on promotion code used. Each promotion code has its own terms and conditions. Please read terms and conditions carefully before placing the order.
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

The signature of the person accepting the delivery at the address will be proof that you, or the person to whom the order is addressed, have received the delivery. Someone must be available to sign for the goods during normal working hours and this person should be known to you. We will not be responsible where the person signing for the goods is not the person who has placed the order or paid for the goods. You are responsible for checking the condition of the items delivered (wrong item or damaged) and must highlight any issue within 7 days upon receipt of delivery by sending us an e-mail to our Customer Service Department at customer.support@citygoddess.co.uk

All prices are stated in Pounds Sterling and are excluding VAT and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the Products ordered plus VAT (if applicable) and delivery charges as set out below. Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the payment section of this website and payment will be debited and cleared from your account prior to despatch of orders.
You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
The prices applicable at the time of the purchase order shall be authoritative. Until the purchase order has been expressly accepted, City Goddess shall have the right to change its prices, particularly in the event of pricing errors on the part of City Goddess. In such cases, City Goddess shall offer the ordered goods to the customer by email at the amended price. A contract concerning those goods shall come into being upon acceptance of this offer by the customer.

We accept Bank Transfers from overseas. Please see below for the Bank Details. All payments must be in Pound Sterling. We can deliver anywhere in the UK, Northern Ireland and to most international destinations. Please note we cannot cancel an order or change a delivery address once the parcel has been dispatched.
Delivery Addresses and Information:

Shipping
Our standard delivery charge is £15.00 + VAT per order (Max weight 30Kg Per Box) on all orders to all mainland UK addresses.
Areas outside the UK will be charged at a different cost. The exact cost of shipping will be automatically calculated during the checkout procedure, based on weight and the destination of the consignment. You will be provided the exact figure before finally submitting the order. Stock items are normally dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after receipt of payment. However certain items might have a longer dispatch time, which is always stated in a product description.

Returns/Refunds:
Should you wish to return items, either faulty or unwanted, please ensure that you notify us by sending email to customer.support@citygoddess.co.uk within 7 days of receipt, quoting the order number, style number and the reason for return. We will issue a Return Authorisation, which must be attached to the returning items. Please, note that we are unable to offer Sell or Return model.
In case of online orders paid by card or PayPal, we can either refund you cost of the returning item(s) to your PayPal / card account, or we can create a credit memo on your account with City Goddess, to be used on your next order (or for exchange). In case of bank transfer or payment by cash or card in our premises we are able to make refund only as a credit on your account with us.
